Terms & Conditions

 

Busybees Marshalswick Agree to:

  1. Comply with all regulations set out by OFSTED and other relevant authorities.
  2. Care for the child as per contracted hours.
  3. Notify the parent of any accidents/injuries to the child whilst in our care.
  4. Maintain the child’s behaviour through positive methods.
  5. Be available to the parent to discuss the child’s development at a mutually convenient time.
  6. Maintain and update the policies and procedures.
  7. Ensure that all employees hold appropriate Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced Disclosures.
  8. Report any serious concerns about any child to the relevant authorities.
  9. Provide at least one calendar months’ notice in writing of termination of this contract unless the contract is terminated due to non-payment of fees as set out in clause 15 below.
  10. Administer any medication prescribed to a child in accordance with written instruction of a parent/carer. However, Puddleducks Nurseries DO NOT accept any liability or responsibility for any adverse reaction the child may have following the administering of the prescribed medication.

The Parent/Carer Agrees

  1. All invoices are due for payment by the 6th of the month for which they are due. Any invoices outstanding beyond this period will be subject to surcharge of 15% plus VAT to cover the collection cost incurred. This surcharge together with all other charges and legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and will be legally enforceable.
  2. To arrive and collect the child within the specified time parameters or pay additional charges as set out in the additional charge section of these documents.
  3. To inform the Nursery of any illness the child may have.
  4. To provide at least One Calendar months written notice of termination of the contract.
  5. To pay the required fees in full whether the child is in attendance or not including during family holidays, all bank holidays and illness absences.
  6. That the permissions given within the front page of this contract will remain valid until parents provide written information regarding any changes.
  7. To notify the nursery in writing of any change to the information stated on part A of this contract.
  8. To notify the Nursery Manager in writing if they believe they will not be able to pay their fees on time.
  9. To be charged for any cheques that must be withdrawn or represented by the bank and a £25 administration charge will be made to your account.
  10. That failing to pay the fees by the specified time each month will result in a surcharge of 15% plus VAT and will be referred to our Debt Collection Agency.
  11. That consistent failure to pay fees will result in childcare being stopped until all outstanding fees are paid, and this will include a charge of the full rate for the period in which childcare has been stopped.
  12. That in the event of unpaid fees Puddleducks Nurseries will be entitled to assign this contract or any part of it to our Debt Collection Agency.
  13. That all necessary information required to care for the child is set out on the front of this form.

Data Protection

  1. You consent to Puddleducks Nurseries collecting, storing and processing certain data about you.
  2. The data will be used to provide the childcare services referred to in this Agreement and for the purposes set out hereunder.
  3. We may disclose information about you to our financiers, credit reference agencies and debt recovery agents and third-party service providers. They will add this information to records and this may be sent to other organisations that carry out credit assessment searches.
  4. We may disclose your information to a person to whom we propose to transfer our rights and or responsibilities under any contract with you which this Agreement applies or to whom we transfer our business or relevant part of our business. Such person shall be entitled to process your data in the same manner as set out in these Conditions.
